Film & Photography
Muddy Lake Engineering was founded by Sam Sherwood back in 2015 with his passion to document the Greatest Engineering Advances from the Industrial Revolution, which can still be found in the United Kingdom today.
Here at MLE we all share the passion with Sam in his own words "Capturing the past for the Future" within the Historic Vehicle and Steam Rally Movement. The fast pace world we live in today with Disposable Culture being the norm, the technological advances in engineering that shaped the world today is being lost forever.
Our goal is to capture the Working Museums and Steam Rallys where these engineering marvels can still be seen in action doing what they were built for and too show all the hard work which Volunteers, Friends and Family put in to keep these great machines alive and "Inspire the Next Generation" to get involved with the Preservation Movement.
Our Previous works have been featured on BBC News and most notably Channel 5's Susan Calman's Grand Day Out at Hollycombe Steam Museum and the viral video of the Guildford Traction Engine with over 12 Million Views alone.
